Following the issuance of OFAC General License 2A , the operational deadlines in respect of the above-mentioned security have changed.
Customers are requested to take note of the amended deadlines due to requirements at depository level as Clearstream Banking's custodian for this security is a U.S. person:
- External settlement instructions will need to be received by Clearstream Banking an hour earlier than the normal Hong Kong customer deadline.
- Customers should take note that instructions received after 18:00 CET on 26 November 2020 can no longer be processed.
