Arrangements must be made between the members. Corporate action entitlements (both for cash and securities) are paid out by the CSD on behalf of the registry. Issuers inform the registry and authorise it as an agent to distribute the corporate action entitlements. Nasdaq Dubai conducts the above disbursements within 24 hours of receipt of the same from the issuer companies. | |
