a. 3810 is CBL’s Participant ID at TDCC. The residency status of the customer (which is required for CBL to perform the obligatory monthly reporting to the TDCC) must be specified as follows:
- "‘Foreign" if the customer is a non-Taiwanese resident; or
- "Taiwanese" if the customer is a Taiwanese resident.
b. If no BIC exists for DEAG/REAG or for SELL/BUYR, the :95Q: Name and Address option can be used instead in each case. If the appropriate BIC does exist but is not provided, STP cannot be guaranteed and there is a risk of incurring eventual charges.
