Securities lending and borrowing
South Korean securities are not eligible for CBL's securities lending and borrowing programme.
Disclosure requirements
It is the responsibility of the CBL client to ensure compliance with local disclosure requirements. If a requirement is not met, it is the client who will be liable to any related penalty. Clients may wish to seek independent legal advice on the interpretation of South Korean disclosure requirements.

Foreign Exchange
No foreign exchange services for KRW are available to clients settling equities and corporate bonds other than the automatic conversion associated with purchases and sales of securities or with income/redemption payments as indicated respectively in the section “Automatic conversion of KRW purchase and sale proceeds” at Settlement Services – South Korea – Equities and corporate bonds and at Asset servicing – South Korea – Equities and corporate bonds.
