a. SSDS-eligible securities denominated in CNY can only be settled FOP on the domestic market. Refer to "Specific settlement rules / settlement restrictions" under Settlement services.
b. Mandatory when the transaction entails a change of beneficial ownership or no change of beneficial ownership (see "Settlement restrictions" under Settlement services). Details to provide in the Settlement Processing Narrative when change of beneficial ownership:

Details to provide in the Settlement Processing Narrative when no change of beneficial ownership:
NCBO ASSET TRANSFER for <beneficiary’s name> and non-SBL program related.
c. Must be in the first line and the account number must be in the format 318-NNNNNN-085 (where NNNNNN is 6 digits).
d. If no BIC exists for the Delivering/Receiving Agent or for the Seller/Buyer, the Name option can be used instead in each case. If the appropriate BIC does exist but is not provided, STP cannot be guaranteed and there is a risk of incurring eventual charges.
e. The RENTAS segregated securities account is a matching criterion in the Malaysian market. The buying/selling counterparty’s UBO RENTAS segregated securities account number must always be mentioned in customer settlement instructions. Failure to adhere with this requirement will lead to a fail trade or delay in settlement.
