T2S Release R2025.SEP – Scope

Based on the T2S status reporting of mid of March 2025, the T2S Problem Release in September 2025 is planned to solve four Problem Tickets in production.

CBF’s assessment related to these Problem Tickets shows that the fixes will not require any changes in CBF’s software. CBF clients operating in DCP mode can be affected by the following PBIs:

PBI 235021: Re-send outbound message with “No default routing configuration available”2

“When the customer is performing the resend action for a message with ‘no default routing configuration’ available from the Outbound Messages screen with 4-eyes verification, the resend should be executed after a second user approval. The data is successfully submitted but the resend is not executed. As a workaround the customer should try to resend a message with a 2-eyes user instead of a 4-eyes user. In general, the customer should always ensure that a default routing is configured to avoid problems with sending of messages.”

Clients can test this only in a DCP onboarding scenario.

PBI 235197: Privilege T2S-Access still be seen on the left side even if Party and user haven't it assigned2

“When a privilege is revoked at party level by the operator user, the users of that party still can see and select the privilege on the left side of the "grant/revoke system privileges" screen.

And Users should not be able to see privileges revoked at party level. As a workaround the business rule preventing the assignment DRGP001 - REQUESTOR NOT ALLOWED is triggered when users try to assign the privileges revoked at party level so no workaround is needed.”

The experience from previous T2S releases shows that additional tickets can be prioritised by T2S in the upcoming months. Since the scope for T2S Release R2025.SEP is not final, CBF intends to publish an update to this announcement beginning of August 2025.

T2S Release R2025.SEP – Transition plan

The Market Infrastructure Board (MIB) will decide on the deployment of T2S Release R2025.SEP to production based on the outcome of the testing campaign.

The implementation of the software will take place during the weekend’s T2S maintenance window – meaning that currently no changes to the T2S Operational Day are expected for the End of Day (EOD) procedure on Friday, 19 September 2025, or for the start of business day, Monday, 22 September 2025.
