Collateral Mapper
Clearstream Banking's Collateral Mapper enables collateral givers to track and optimise collateral allocations across all contracts and asset types by providing an overview of the estimated residual capacity and utilisation rate. It helps uncover opportunities to optimise collateral contracts while adhering to asset eligibility and concentration rules, leading to more efficient and effective collateral management. The product provides users with a D-1 snapshot of the collateral allocation details across the contracts over the last 30 days.
The dashboard provides several benefits to the users including:
- All contracts under a participant code for better visibility;
- Optimise your collateral allocation based on the utilisation rate;
- Proactively identify contracts where collateral allocation can be optimised and view the asset positions linked to the source accounts.

Further to the use of Collateral Mapper, clients can leverage the Collateral Insights Dashboard to view the evolution of their contracts.
The tool is accessible for clients via the Data Analytics Module in Xact Web Portal.
