Switzerland: Additional Cash Correspondent Bank for Swiss Franc (CHF)
Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that effective value date
31 March 2025
the appointment of Zürcher Kantonalbank as an additional Cash Correspondent Bank (CCB) for the currency CHF will take place.
Impact on clients
Clients will have the option of using this newly appointed CCB in addition to Clearstream Banking’s existing CHF CCB (that is, UBS for CHF). Clients must indicate in their pre-advice, their preferred intermediary (for example, in an MT210 field :56a: must be filled).
Clients are advised to take note and use the following details when opting to pay to a Clearstream Banking account via the additional CCB:
