Taxbox onboarding documents
Clients of Clearstream Banking AG, Frankfurt (CBF) wishing to open a Taxbox account will find the onboarding forms in the Attachments section below.
In addition, Taxbox-only clients are required to provide the following AML documentation:
- Banking licence or equivalent;
- Trade register;
- Articles of Association;
- List of signatories;
- Ownership structure/shareholder structure (including of IDs of ultimate beneficial owners or notional beneficial owners);
- Organisational chart;
- Current, audited annual report;
- Wolfsberg FCCQ.
Note: All documents must be no more than six months old.
Once completed, the Taxbox onboarding forms and AML documentation (if applicable) must be returned to the address below:
