Clearstream introduces negative interest rate on positive THB balances

1 November 2019
Clearstream Banking1 will apply the following interest rates on customer’s end-of-day account balances in Thai Baht (THB) due to a new regulatory measure to enhance surveillance of short-term capital flows for non-resident account holders.
This completes the measures applied on 22 July 2019.
