Turkey: Cancellation of pending security instructions
Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that effective
immediately
pending security instructions will be cancelled by its depository Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB) if the settlement date is older than 30 days. This is because of an increase in the volume of these pending instructions.
Impact on customers
Settlement instructions received from customers with a settlement date older than 30 days will be cancelled by TEB.
Clearstream Banking will send an MT548 containing the details below for all pending instructions in the system for more than 30 days.
