Ukraine: Market information update
Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that effective
immediately
the National Commission for Securities and Stock Market (NCSSM) allows settlement of two new Government bonds that were placed at the primary auction on 29 March 2022. The Government bonds have been issued with the following ISINs:
- UA4000225791
- UA4000225809
In addition, the Government bonds with ISINs UA4000225791, UA4000225809, UA4000221436, UA4000225668 and UA4000225775 can be settled against-payment or free of payment in the secondary market including cross-border free of payment settlement via the Clearstream Banking S.A. link.
However, the domestic fixed income and the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) foreign exchange markets remain closed until further notice.
Impact on customers
Except for the above-mentioned ISINs, the domestic market has ceased all securities transactions.
Internal settlement (against payment or free of payment) in Clearstream Banking is possible for any ISINs issued by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine that are eligible in Clearstream Banking.
