CBL network of international agents
Common Depositories (CDs)
A common depository is one jointly appointed by Clearstream Banking and Euroclear Bank to hold and to service securities in either Classical Global Note (CGN) or book-entry form.
Common Safekeepers (CSKs)
A common safekeeper (CSK) is an institution jointly appointed by Clearstream Banking and Euroclear Bank to hold securities in New Global Note (NGN) form.
Common Service Providers (CSPs)
A common service provider (CSP) is an institution jointly appointed by Clearstream Banking and Euroclear Bank to service securities in New Global Note (NGN) form.
Specialised Depositories (SDs)
A specialised depository is appointed by Clearstream Banking and holds international securities in either physical or book-entry form.

Transfer agents
CBL holds investment funds for customers in omnibus accounts in the respective shareholder registers. For further information, please refer in particular to the section on CFF Settlement and custody services in the CBL Customer Handbook.
