Public holiday schedule 2018: Availability of the EDT service
Clearstream Banking1 informs users of the Electronic Documentation Transmission (EDT) service that on the following public holidays the EDT services will not be available2. These public holidays must not be filled as a value date in the EDT table:
- Monday, 1 January 2018 (New Year’s Eve)
- Friday, 30 March 2018 (Good Friday)
- Monday, 2 April 2018 (Easter Monday)
- Tuesday, 1 May 2018 (May Day)
- Tuesday, 25 December 2018 (Christmas Day)
- Wednesday, 26 December 2018 (Boxing Day)
- Tuesday, 1 January 2019 (New Year’s Eve)
On the following days, there are special submission deadlines3 for the processing of deposit requests delivered via EDT with value date on the next day:
- Thursday, 10 May 2018 (Ascension Day)
- Monday, 21 May 2018 (Whit Monday)
- Thursday, 31 May 2018 (Corpus Christi)
- Wednesday, 3 October 2018 (Day of German Unity)
- Monday, 24 December 2018 (Christmas Eve)
- Monday, 31 December 2018 (New Year’ Eve)
