CFS Portal: Change of url
Clearstream Fund Centre (CFCL)1 informs clients that the url of the CFS Portal will become portal.clearstreamfundservices.com on
17 February 2025
Consequently, all applications accessed via the CFS Portal, including Vestima and Fund Compass, will adopt the new domain name.
Impact on clients
Clients must re-import their CFS Portal .p12 certificates, as certificates stored in the browser will no longer be displayed due to the url change.
With the first CFS Portal login , users are prompted to generate a new certificate and save the p12 password. If the user has saved this .p12 file and password information, it can be used to re-import the certificate to the new url. Please note that the initial certificate and passwords provided by the administrators were temporary and are revoked upon first login. Therefore, they cannot be used for the re-import process.
Users that do not have their credentials saved can still follow the steps below to prepare for the url change. Please ensure this is done before the effective date of the change.
1. Log in to the CFS Portal, click on the profile menu, click on “My credentials”.
2. Enter a new .p12 password and confirm by re-entering the password. Click the "Change certificates" button.
3. Then enter the user password, which is the password used to log in to the CFS Portal. Then click “OK”.
4. Wait for the confirmation message indicating that the CFS Portal certificate has been regenerated.
5. Open the browser downloads folder. Locate the .p12 file and click on the folder icon. Choose another folder to save the .p12 file.
6. Once the change is effective, navigate to the new CFS Portal URL: portal.clearstreamfundservices.com. Click the (+) icon to import the .p12 file that was saved in the previous step.
7. Enter the .p12 password that was defined in step 2. Enter a friendly name or description for this certificate.
8. Done.
