Capital adjustment of Publity AG
A capital increase from Publity AG's capital resources was approved at the annual general meeting of the company on 16 August 2023.

Provision of proportional rights
On the evening of 8 July 2024, Publity AG bearer rights (ISIN DE000A40ESJ6) will be booked in on the holdings of Publity AG (ISIN DE0006972508) at a ratio of 8:1 with a value date of 9 July 2024.
Exchange of proportional rights into full rights
The exchange of proportional rights into full rights and the corresponding re-exchange (for correction purposes only) are possible in the period from 9 July 2024 to 22 July 2024 inclusive. For this purpose, please use the transaction with the proportional rights expression (CASCADE book entry KVEE WE, field "TR") 3 or 4.

Notification of the shareholders upon re-registration
Credit of full rights is into unregistered positions. The registration of the shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration by the depositories.
