Creation of CSC holding
The creation of the holding on the CSC admission date will be carried out without the assistance of Clearstream Banking via BNP Paribas S.A., Niederlassung Frankfurt.
Instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS will be possible from 17 June 2024.
Registration of shareholders in the share register
The transfer of holdings via BNP Paribas S.A., Niederlassung Frankfurt, is carried out in unregistered positions (Freier Meldebestand) to the depository banks of the shareholders. The registration of shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
