FinLab AG: Merger with Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA

there will be a merger of FinLab AG with Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA.
The relevant processing stages and their sequence are described below.
Transmission stop
The transmission of shareholder data (re-registration/registration) in Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA registered shares (ISIN DE000A0L1NN5) from CASCADE-RS to the share register is suspended from 16 to 23 October 2023.
Exchange of share fractions into original shares
From 23 October 2023 up to and including 6 November 2023, clients may exchange FinLab AG fractional rights (ISIN DE000A37FTU4) into shares of FinLab AG (ISIN DE0001218063). For this purpose, please use the transaction KVEE WE (securities transfer) with the fractional rights indicator TR 3 in CASCADE:

Stock exchange trades, CCP and OTC transactions
Stock exchange and CCP transactions still pending on the evening of 20 October 2023 will be converted automatically, that is, the class of Heliad Equity Partners GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A0L1NN5) is converted to FinLab AG fractional rights (ISIN DE000A37FTU4), adjusting the nominal value at a rate of 12:5.
CASCADE OTC transactions will not be converted automatically for AA01 E and AA01 B.
Note to LIMA users
Due to the processing capacities in CASCADE-RS, submissions amounting to 10,000 re-registrations or more per transfer must be arranged in advance with Client Services. Within the scope of overall coordination, Clearstream Banking1 reserves the right to reject file transfers that have not been agreed upon within the scope of overall coordination.
