onoff AG: Squeeze-out
Clearstream Banking AG1 informs clients that effective
2 October 2023
a squeeze-out of minority shareholders in onoff AG registered shares (DE000A32VN75) will take place.
The following schedule applies:
Squeeze-out on payment date 2 October 2023
As from 28 September 2023 no re-registration and registration instructions or shareholder data changes will be forwarded from CASCADE-RS to the shareholder register.
CBF will perform the closing out automatically. Holdings will be transferred on 29 September 2023. Securities will be transferred in the night-time processing with value date 2 October 2023.
On 2 October 2023, compensation will be paid to the squeezed-out shareholders on the holdings recorded in the books as of 29 September 2023 in the evening.
OTC transactions
Banks must ensure that all pending OTC transactions are settled no later than 29 September 2023.
OTC transactions that are still pending on the evening of 29 September 2023 must be deleted manually by the banks on the same day by 18:00. The deletion is not automatic.
