Exchange into "Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG registered shares tendered for sale"
The transfer is to be carried out by means of a securities transfer (CASCADE transaction: KVEE WE) with an entry in the field "TR" specifying the attribute “4 – Originalaktien in Anrechte (original shares into entitlements)”. This transfer is only possible from Freier Meldebestand (FMB, unregistered positions). The shares must therefore be transferred to FMB in advance by means of a shareholdings transfer (CASCADE-RS transaction: KVEE BV).
The further acceptance period has started on 24 November 2023 and will last
until 7 December 2023 inclusive
