Revised Schedules for Eurosystem Collateral Management System (ECMS) and Single Collateral Management Rulebook for Europe (SCoRE)
Further to Announcement C20036, Clearstream Banking would like to inform customers that the Governing Council of the European Central Bank (ECB) has announced their revised timeline for delivery of the Eurosystem Collateral Management System (ECMS). The project is now scheduled to go live in
November 2023
In parallel, the Advisory Group on Market Infrastructures for Securities and Collateral (AMI-SeCo) has also announced the adjustment of the implementation timeline for the Single Collateral Management Rulebook for Europe (SCoRE) which will be aligned with the ECMS November 2023 date.
More information is available on the ECB website:
- New launch date for the Eurosystem Collateral Management System;
- New launch date for the implementation of Single Collateral Management Rulebook for Europe (SCoRE).
As a result of these changes to the ECMS and SCoRE implementation timelines, Clearstream is revising its own ECMS Programme timeline. We will continue to inform our customers on project status and will provide more information shortly.
