Holding restrictions
No specific holding restrictions apply for Croatian securities other than those defined at market level.
Tax service
Withholding taxation on dividends has been abolished. However, the dividend tax rate is 10%, except for payments of dividends and shares in profits which were earned in the period 2005 to end of February 2012.
Interest that is paid to non-resident investors on government and corporate fixed income securities and ETFs is tax-exempt.
