Reminder to Issuer Agents: Changes to critical reference data for international securities before closing date
Clearstream Banking1 reminds Issuer Agents that any critical reference data changes on securities must be communicated to Clearstream Banking when they occur and in any case, not later than 16:00 CET on closing date - 1.
This includes, but is not limited to changes of:
- closing date
- maturity date
- nominal amount and currency
- issue price
- denominations
Please send your reference data change requests to the appropriate email address:
- For Standalone issues: issuance.standalone@clearstream.com
- For Drawdowns (Securities under Programme): issuance.underprogram@clearstream.com
- For Standalone Issues or Drawdowns of Italian Issuers: newissuesluxembourg@clearstream.com
