Xact Web Portal: New Account Details section
Note: The account details functionality is only available for Clearstream Banking S.A. (Luxembourg) customers.
Clearstream Banking1 informs clients about the upcoming changes to the user interface in Xact Web Portal, effective
2 December 2024
Background
As ClearstreamXact continues its journey to improve the user experience in Xact Web Portal, Clearstream Banking informs users of the upcoming change that will be available effective 2 December 2024 at the start of the business day.
In this upcoming release we will be introducing the Account Details section in the Xact Web Portal User Management module, allowing users to easily access details about the setup of their Clearstream Banking accounts.
Xact Web Portal – User Management – Static Data – Account Details
Users will be able to access account details screens under the User Management module to see and export information about the setup of their Clearstream Banking accounts. This information is displayed in the Detail view, organised in sections including:
- Account Options and Services
- Validation and Processing
- Tax
- Fees
- Investment Funds
- Customer Profile Management
- BIC Management
Accounts can be queried in the Query view based on the Account ID, Account Entity or name, as well as the Institution LEI, Country Code and Publishing Code.
In the List view, query results are displayed in rows. The following information (columns) can be exported and used for sorting:
- Account ID
- Account Entity
- Account Name
- Institution LEI
- Country Code
- Publishing Code
- Institution name
Please note that access to Account Details is not granted to users by default and must be provided by an OU administrator. A new functional role (Query Account Details) and default User Group with the functional role assigned (Account Details Access) have been created to allow for access to be granted. Initially, the user group is found under Reference Data. Access can only be granted to business users, not administrators.
For accounts with a POA, the access is only possible for the account owner, not for users who use the POA
