Triparty Collateral Management Service (CmaX): Call for action to migrate to efficient reporting solutions offered by Clearstream
As part of our continuous efforts to improve customers’ user experience with solutions that facilitate a more automated triparty workflow management and ensure timely settlements, we aim to move away from manual notifications (email and phone calls) to update customers on the status of triparty instructions requiring matching.
We now kindly ask customers to subscribe to at least one of the options from our full suite of automated and machine-readable reports for any new or existing triparty activities to receive updates on the status of their triparty instructions, for example: unmatched, matched, settled.
The target completion date for this migration is Q3 2021.
The options include the “Triparty Collateral Management Instruction Status Report” in PDF or TXT (see our Market Announcement from last year), the “MT558 - Triparty Collateral Status and Processing Advice” and our Xact Web Portal online and real-time features.
Where applicable, we also ask customers to ensure that any reports already in place reach the right teams managing the triparty instruction workflow, at the right timings. The same applies to Xact Web Portal user accesses.
