Corporate Action Harmonisation: Remaining warrants to be migrated from KADI to OneCAS
Clearstream Banking AG1 informs clients about few warrants that are planned for Phase 1 are still processed in KADI and will be processed by OneClearstream Asset Servicing (OneCAS) effective

Background
With the Phase 1 production launch on 3 July 2023, most of the warrants were migrated to OneCAS. However, in a few exceptional scenarios (such as events announced before ISIN creation, ISIN deleted before event processing, events announced on record date), corporate actions are still processed in KADI. From 10 June 2024, KADI will no longer process those events and OneCAS will start processing warrants.
Client impact
Warrant events with a record date on or after 10 June 2024 and processed by old system (KADI) will be cancelled on 10 June 2024 end of day processing. New events (MT564s) will be announced by OneCAS on 10 June 2024. Depending on the client’s portfolio for warrants and certificates, clients may or may not be impacted. It is therefore highly recommended to check the MT564s and prepare for cancellations and new events.
