Tax webinar: First Clearstream client tax working group 2024
Clearstream invites clients to a working group regarding the requirements and implications of the German Withholding Tax Relief Modernisation Act (Gesetz zur Modernisierung der Entlastung von Abzugsteuern und der Bescheinigung der Kapitalertragsteuer, AbzStEntModG) affecting Clearstream Banking services from 2024 onwards.
What to expect?
The session is to guide clients through the respective implications deriving from the new regulations applicable for German tax vouchers, tax reclaims in Germany and Shareholder Identification Disclosure Reports.
There will be a Q&A session at the end of the webinar with our tax experts.
When?
The webinar will be hosted by the Tax Department on:
- Wednesday 26 June 2024 | From 14:00 CET to 17:00 CET
- Thursday 27 June 2024 | From 09:00 CET to 12:00 CET
Both sessions will be conducted in English.
