CFF: BlackRock Investment Funds (UK ISINs) migrate to CFF - Update

Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that effective

Monday, 29 July 2024

BlackRock UK Unit Trust Funds (“the Funds”), managed by BlackRock Fund Managers Limited (“BFM”), and The Bank of New York Mellon (“BNY”) as the transfer agent, will use the Central Facility for Funds (CFF) service.

All clients of Clearstream Banking that hold positions in these investment fund shares will immediately benefit from the CFF process and services.

Funds available in Clearstream Banking handled by BNY UK branch as transfer agent (please refer to the attached spreadsheet)

Timeline for process adaptations

  1. Clearstream Banking will automatically transfer all positions in the overnight processing preceding MD. No action is required by Clearstream Banking account holders.
  2. All trades with settlement date MD and later will use the CFF process.
  3.  First settlement against FIA 108673 will be 31 July 2024 for T+2 funds and 1 August 2024 for T+3 (refer to attached spreadsheet).
  4. All corporate actions with record date MD and later will use the CFF process.
