CBF extends General Meeting Service to the U.S. market
Clearstream Banking AG1 informs clients of an extension of the General Meeting Service to the U.S. market for CBF clients holding positions in the U.S. market on their CASCADE accounts.
Currently, Clearstream provides the General Meeting Service in the U.S. market for its CBL, CBF-i and LuxCSD clients. This service is now being extended to CBF clients.
Clearstream accepts instructions for general meetings announced after
3 February 2025
CBF clients can submit instructions via ISO 20022 Swift message or Xact Web Portal as for all other markets. CBF clients who do not have a reporting subscription for the U.S. market in place and wish to use the service, can subscribe to the relevant reporting via Xact Web Portal.

Clearstream has enhanced its U.S. network link by partnering with Proxymity.
