Automatic subscription to OneClearstream Asset Servicing reports
To ensure a smooth migration to the new OneClearstream service, customers must subscribe to the new OneClearstream asset servicing reporting available via ClearstreamXact.
Adaptation to the new connectivity is mandatory to receive Asset Servicing information for Investor-CSD (non-DE) securities held on a CBF 7-digit account.
Clearstream Banking1 has closely monitored the readiness of all customers holding assets that are impacted by the migration to OneClearstream.
When a customer has not subscribed to the new reporting, Clearstream Banking has set up a default report package on behalf of the customer.
This reporting will be sent from 26 March 2018 to the same connectivity address that is used in existing corporate action and income reporting sent from the Legacy CBF applications (KADI).
The default package is composed of the following reports:
- MT564/MT568 Corporate Action Notifications, all corporate action and income event types (CAEV);
- MT566 Corporate Action Confirmations, all corporate action and income event types (CAEV);
- MT567 Corporate Action Status and Processing Advice, all reason codes.
Customers who have subscribed to the Xact Web Portal and already have set up the required user profile accesses (Business User with Reporting access) can view and modify their reports subscriptions.
In order to do so, customers must be logged in the Xact Web Portal Organisation Unit (OU) that is linked to the accounts used for the reporting.
The report subscription can be accessed via the option Reporting & Monitoring / Manage Report Subscriptions as shown below (click to enlarge).
A description on how to manage subscriptions is available in Chapter 8 of the attached Xact Web Portal User Guide.
Please also have a look at the tutorial on Report creation.
