T2S: Extension of EUR DVP cut-off

Clearstream Banking informs clients that there is currently no incident in T2S.

However, the operating day schedule has been changed, due to a request by a Central Securities Depository.

The start of the EUR delivery versus payment cut-off (event IDVP) has been postponed by 60 minutes (from 16:00 to 17:00).

Free of payment cut-off (event IFOP) remains at 18:00.
