Penalties February 2025 – amendment of schedule

Clearstream Banking informs clients that the penalty schedule has been amended following the T2S incident of 27 February 2025. Penalties for 27 and 28 February 2025 are being removed following the EMSA guidelines:

Deadline for appeals for penalties for the month February 2025 has been extended until 20 March 2025 as previously announced
Monthly penalty reporting of T2S, CBL-internal and Bridge penalties is expected to take place on 26 March 2025
Collection and distribution of penalties from/ to Clearstream clients will take place on 31 March 2025
