The User Group is used to define how a user can access a specific
functionality through the Portal.
A User Group is composed of:
- The User Group details
- The list of users
that participate in the User Group
- The list of Grants
that defines a list of functionalities (=Functional Roles)
limited to a set of Resources (=Resource groups).
A user can participate in one or several Resource Groups. When
a user participates to several User Groups then he get access
to the sum of functionalities defined in those Resource Groups.
The User Group page is available only for Operation
and Adinistrator users:
- This page is accessible to Administrator users
granted with the functional role "User Group Admin".
- This page is accessible to Operation users granted
with the functional role "User Group Access".
