Operational Profiles

Participant short codes (PSC) are unique IDs used to represent each collateral management participant. The participant contains information defined within the Customer Operational Profile (Appendix D to the CMSA). Depending on the participant set-up, several short codes may be used for the same institution.

For example:

• Institution A may use short code APROV when acting as a Collateral Giver and ATAK when acting as a Collateral Receiver.
• Institution PSC A may have several participants, namely pscA1, pscA2, pscA3, pscA4.
