Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that the registered shares of Pentixapharm Holding AG (ISIN DE000A40AEG0) will be admitted to collective safe custody (CSC) and CASCADE-RS on

Creation of CSC holding
The creation of the holding on the CSC admission date will be carried out without the assistance of Clearstream Banking via flatexDEGIRO Bank AG.
Instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS will be possible from 20 May 2024.
Registration of shareholders in the share register
The transfer of holdings via flatexDEGIRO Bank AG is carried out in unregistered positions (Freier Meldebestand) to the depository banks of the shareholders. The registration of shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
