Ernst Russ AG: New shares from optional dividend
In line with the decision of the annual general meeting on 30 May 2024, the shareholders of Ernst Russ AG (ISIN DE000A161077) can choose to have the dividend distributed either in cash or in the form of shares.
The rights issue has been available since 31 May 2024, amongst others, in the Federal Gazette and on the website of Ernst Russ AG.
The draft technical guidelines can be requested from the place of settlement and will not be made available via NIDOCS.
Registration of shareholders in the share register
The new shares resulting from the optional dividend (ISIN DE000A161077) are expected to be delivered by Clearstream Banking AG1 on 9 July 2024.
The registration of the shareholders in the share register is done by using the re-registration type "2" ("other not from purchase").
Reimbursement
For re-registrations that are transmitted from 9 July to 15 July 2024, CBF charges a discounted price of EUR 0.30 per position. After this period, CBF clients will be reimbursed accordingly.
Information on the submission planning
Due to the processing capacities in CASCADE-RS, submissions amounting to 10,000 re-registrations or more per transfer must be arranged in advance with Clearstream Banking Client Services. Within the scope of overall coordination, CBF reserves the right to reject file transfers that have not been arranged in advance.
