Columns ordering facility

Drag and Drop

A facility allowing reordering of columns is available within the List views across all Domains.

User can drag a column header box to the right or left by clicking and holding the mouse button pressed while moving the box. Once the mouse button is released the column is dropped to its new location

The "drag and drop" ordering is saved each time the user drops the column.

"CONFIGURE" Button

A facility allowing columns reordering is available. User can select the "CONFIGURE" button to customise the column ordering that is then saved permanently.

Every list view has a default column ordering defined at the application level. Pressing on "Reset" will put the column selection and ordering back to this default. Any custom ordering (also done via "drag and drop") is therefore lost after pressing this button.

Export facility enhancements

Additional features are available under the "Export" facility

Export All

User can select "Export All" in order to export all the records. This facility will be available across all domains except "Security" and "Reference Data" domains. The number of rows are calculated and the user must validate the request before the export all is executed.

Export List

User can select "Export List" in order to export all the records returned by the Query within the List view.

Export Selection

User can select "Export Selection" in order to export only the selected (checked) rows (max 2,000 rows).
